Just curious🤔, but wouldn't it been easier to just use the whole rockwell axle and just cut the ends off and put the ford hubs on with custom axles and suspension. And Correct me if im wrong, but the f550 comes from the factory with the square tube big truck style rear end for the weight capacity. Where as the axle you showed at the beginning of the video was more for a f450 since they still use the cast iron center section with weld in axle tubes.

I really like the intermediate axle design you guys are going with! Definitely think that’ll do better than the other 6x6’s I’ve seen

Running it essentially upside down may give you lubrication problems.

My Dad has been doing Auto glass for 40yrs I wish you all would overhaul his Ram work truck I think you all could kill it and it would help my dad he's 63yrs old and has no retirement so if you could do that for him,me,us lol it would mean so much to me because my dad has been through hell right beside me and we've battled losing my mom and his wife of 40y r s to cancer and we have stayed together through it all because we knew we couldn't do it without each other but that's my story I hope this gets seen so I have a chance

Seeing how that's a retired military truck... how about a military tribute build? Bring back the camouflage paint, some lift (front AND back), aggressive tires (no rubber bands), and maybe a custom flat bed. Make it a bad ass, functional truck that any vet would be proud to drive!
